What Does LEP Cost? LEP strives to be a low cost service for parents. When compared to other local tutoring services, our costs are significantly lower plus parents get the benefit of having tutoring on the school campus where tutors and teachers can team together for each student.

Parents sign a contract and pay every nine weeks. The cost is more reasonable than private tutoring and has the benefits of being on campus. Complete cost information and the other specifics of the contract is discussed during consultation with parents.

2009-2010 LEP Costs for DL Elementary School :

· Billing for services will occur monthly for sessions attended.
· Services will be discontinued and report cards held when an account is 60 days past due.
· You may combine any services to fulfill your child's needs.
· Checks are made payable to Lipscomb University and should be sent in the designated envelopes.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LEP PAYMENTS TO THE BUSINESS OFFICE WITH REGULAR TUITION.
· An administrative fee of $35.00 is charged to new LEP students and $30.00 for returning students at the beginning of each year to include reading past testing results, consulting with classroom teachers, scheduling, and other services outside of the actual tutoring session.

· The fee schedule is calculated with holidays, in-service days, etc. INCLUDED. We will attempt to reschedule missed sessions.
· Checks are made payable to Lipscomb University and should be sent in the designated envelopes.

· Prorating of fees for an extended number of missed sessions will be considered through discussion with parent, tutor, student, and coordinator.

· LEP students are expected to be on time for sessions, to be prepared with appropriate materials, and to communicate classroom assignments. LEP parents are expected to provide necessary school supplies and encouragement. Parents of LEP students are encouraged to talk often to the LEP tutors and to their classroom teachers.
